No payments for 90 days, Seasonal Payments, Annual, Semi-Annual, Skip Payments, Step-Up Payments, and Step-Down Payments are just a few available.

120% Financing Warranties, installation, freight, etc. may be included.

Corporation Only No personal guarantees will be required for solid corporations in business 10 years or more.

Used and Refurbished Equipment Used Equipment will be considered if the equipment is less than 15 years old. Terms 12 to 60 months are available depending upon age of equipment.

Titled Vehicles Financing available for new and used commercial vehicles—Dealer or Private Party transactions.

Municipal Financing Aggressive Municipal Funding Programs range from $20,000 to $20,000,000. We fund various civil projects, helping municipalities stretch their tax dollar to offer more community services.

Split Funding Have you ever been involved in a multi-vendor transaction where you had to wait until the last vendor delivered their equipment before you got paid? With Lake Union Financial, you get paid when you perform! If you are the first vendor of five to deliver your goods, you will be the first vendor of five to get paid.

Equipment A wide range of equipment can be financed: Automotive, Industrial, Long & Short Haul Trucks, Health & Fitness, Construction, Manufacturing, and much more. We will need a quote or invoice from you or your customer to begin the financing process.
